Tropical North Queensland has a tropical climate, with moderate temperatures all year round. Cloudless skies occasionally give way to tropical rain showers, mainly falling at night. Being a wet tropic climate, there are only 2 seasons, 'the green' and 'the dry'.
The dry season along with the low humidity and cool breeze makes it pleasurable for activities.
